Return Policy

Overview

At Lembrada, we pride ourselves on providing quality bikinis that make you look and feel great. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed a straightforward return process.

Bikini Returns

  • All bikini items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the hygiene strip intact and all original tags attached.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • For health and safety reasons, please ensure that bikinis are tried on over your own underwear.

Return Timeframe

  • You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return your purchase from Lembrada.

How to Return

  • Ensure your bikini(s) meet the criteria listed above under “Bikini Returns”.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with:
    • Your order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Any additional feedback (optional).
  • Once you receive a confirmation from our team, pack and ship the bikini(s) to the return address provided.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your return and issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for us to process and issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Exclusions

  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bikinis where the hygiene strip has been removed or tampered with.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
